Angela Connolly, Patient Advocate, has over 30 years experience in the Irish Healthcare industry. She is also an experienced counsellor with advanced facilitation and mediation training. Angela and her team won the Complaints Team of the Year and the Customer Services team of the year at the Irish Customer Service Awards in 2007. Angela Connolly is also a member of AdvoConnection, a Patient Advocate Group.
